Return and Refund Policy

At Eastern Mobile, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded.

Eligibility for Return

A product may be eligible for return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all seals intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, installed, or physically damaged products after delivery
  • Display, LCD, touchscreen, battery, IC, or other electronic parts once installed
  • Products damaged due to mishandling, water, power surge, or improper installation
  • Discounted, clearance, or special-offer items (unless damaged on arrival)

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide order details, clear photos/videos of the issue, and packaging
  3. After verification, our team will approve or reject the return request
  4. Approved returns must be sent back through the instructed courier

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the error is from Eastern Mobile.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed via bKash / bank transfer

Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, subject to stock availability
  • Replacement processing time may vary depending on product type and location

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Service-Related Refunds

  • Repair or service charges are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or completed
  • Warranty (if applicable) covers only manufacturing defects, not physical or liquid damage
